Celebrating small businesses NOLA Chamber-style

At the New Orleans Chamber, one of our favorite benefits offered to our members is access to ribbon-cutting ceremonies.

We applaud entrepreneurship in the NOLA community, and ribbon cuttings are the perfect way to congratulate our members and help them gain publicity. After all, it’s hard to miss those 3-foot golden scissors of ours!

We invite our entire ambassador committee and elected officials to each ribbon cutting, whether it be a grand opening, an anniversary or a milestone celebration. We also encourage our members to make a party out of it, just like The Ruby Slipper Café did!
