Who doesn’t love to shop and dine along Metairie Road? Last week, Jefferson Parish launched its latest initiative to promote business and culture in Metairie: the Metairie Road District. This ongoing branding project seeks to create a cohesive cultural identity along Metairie Road.
Jefferson Parish, the Old Metairie Garden Club and several businesses along the street have joined together to host fun events and promote business to enhance the quality of life in the area. Upcoming events include: movie nights, Reveillon on the Ridge, Reveillon Ring-A-Long Holiday Festival and Noon Year’s Eve.
