The importance of going above and beyond

At BioScrip, our staff knows what it takes to go above and beyond for employees and patients.

New Orleans General Manager Mike Carroll recently displayed this as he took a referral call while holding a trash can to catch the drip after a pipe burst unexpectedly. Rather than letting his employees take care of it, Carroll got creative to ensure workflow was not interrupted.
