Home Bank Helps – employees making a community impact

Home Bank is committed to serving the needs of the community. Its employee giving program, Home Bank Helps, is an example of that commitment. The initiative allows nonprofits and schools to apply for grants for unique projects and service programs.

Home Bank Helps is 100% employee funded and directed. In addition to financing grants, Home Bank’s employees also connect as volunteers, partnering in-person on meaningful community projects.

Since 2020, 25 New Orleans area nonprofits have received $80,000 in Home Bank Help grants. The program is now implemented across the company’s footprint in regions throughout Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.
