The Celebrate Canal! Coalition is thrilled to be celebrating two years of extraordinary service to Canal Street and the New Orleans community! What began as a grassroots movement started by Sandra Thompson Herman has evolved into a well-known nonprofit determined to breathe new life into Canal Street.
As part of their two-year anniversary celebration, the coalition announced their first major corporate sponsor – Ochsner Health. Additionally, Mayor Helena Moreno launched her Canal Street Renaissance Initiative, in which the coalition is proud to participate.
