For centuries, women have been treated as the “inferior” gender. Throughout history, women have established themselves as resilient beings, so where does a woman’s strength come from?
One conclusion is the concept of women having an inner support network of other women. According to the Harvard Business Review, women thrive in the workplace when they have a dual network in place. Women who have a close inner circle of female peers tend to maintain a higher status at work and earn a higher salary. Inner confidence is important, but mutual esteem and validation from peers is just as valuable.
