• Do set SMART goals: Make sure they’re specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based.
• Don’t make it all about you: Create content that serves your clients’ needs first.
• Do make it actionable: Do you want people to call? Click? Complete the form? Be sure your call to action is clear, concise, and accessible.
• Don’t bury the lede: People have short attention spans. Get to the point quickly to hold interest.
