Applications are now open for the 2026 Nancy M. Marsiglia Institute of Justice, a partnership between United Way of Southeast Louisiana and Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. The 12-week program helps participants deepen their understanding of the U.S. Constitution, strengthen civic engagement skills and practice respectful, informed dialogue across differing viewpoints.
Through expert-led discussions, interactive learning and engagement with community leaders, fellows explore the founding principles of American democracy and their relevance today. The Institute equips participants to become stronger advocates for their communities while helping reclaim civil discourse.
