Louisiana Lemonade Day teaches children the basics of entrepreneurship through the operation of a lemonade stand – from raising money to marketing.
The event was founded by Raising Cane’s CEO, Todd Graves, and John Georges, Georges Enterprises CEO. WWL-TV, along with many others, sponsors this event. More than 100,000 children have participated in Lemonade Day Louisiana since it launched in 2010.
More than 25,000 children are expected to participate on May 6. Parents can help their kids start planning by registering online or picking up a free backpack and materials at any Louisiana Raising Cane’s. Learn more here.
