NOLA’s Bluebird Café. That’s what the House of Blues hopes to create in its Foundation Room twice a month with its Songwriter Sessions program. Hosted by songwriter Jim McCormick, these intimate sessions will allow New Orleanians to showcase their songwriting ability.
From 7-9PM, hand-selected, New Orleans-based musicians will perform songs and discuss their histories. Unlike a traditional open mic night, House of Blues has sought out only New Orleans’ most talented musicians to play in their iconic space, hoping to provide their guests with a unique and unforgettable experience.
