With our country’s opening up after two years of being handicapped by COVID, businesses welcome this post-pandemic chapter. Not only are we re-energized, we feel more assured as normalcy returns.
Yet hovering over this newfound confidence are grave issues: rising inflation now exacerbated by the unfolding crisis in Ukraine. We witness a unified NATO as well as a supportive European Union and are reminded of FDR’s declaration to protect democracy.
We espouse Stand with Ukraine and “Freedom will triumph over tyranny.” Resolutely, the courage and determination of Ukrainians have inspired the world.
