I think of myself as a pretty positive person. We all face both professional and personal challenges that can sometimes seem insurmountable.
Whether pertaining to the pandemic and the Great Resignation, or providing effective strategies for team members and clients, I gravitate towards finding solutions. But when it comes to personal issues, a perceptive friend tells me I am a glass half empty kind of girl.
Granted, no relationship is perfect.
Applying the skills I successfully navigate in business to one’s personal life may sound un-feeling but may just be what is needed to make the glass half full.
