One-of-a-kind house to hit the market next month

Followers of the local real estate market are in for a surprise.

Engel & Völkers is working on the listing for a priceless home. Interested buyers have one night to put in a bid. The property? A home constructed by middle school students at the Academy of the Sacred Heart.

What began as a math project came to life with a team of students, faculty, staff and alumnae – including Joyce Delery, Anne Delery Comarda and Julie Comarda of Engel & Völkers – who are serving as professional advisors and brokers of the property, which is to be sold next month.
