When Wilcox Academy opens its new Central City campus this month, it will represent more than a new early learning center. The innovative development brings together high-quality early childhood education, affordable housing and wraparound family supports under one roof – recognizing that children thrive when their families do.
Serving 150 children ages 0-5 and creating 30 new jobs, the campus is designed to strengthen families when investing in the future of the neighborhood. It’s a model that reflects what’s possible when education, housing and community support are intentionally connected.
