Produced by WYES, this national cooking series follows Chef Edgar “Dook” Chase, grandson of legendary restaurateur and James Beard Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Leah Chase, as he explores the people, places and traditions that make New Orleans cuisine unlike anywhere else in the world. Back in the WYES kitchen, Chef Dook creates his own inspired takes on iconic local dishes.
