New Orleans’ Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8973 has recently undergone major renovations, just in time to host the New Orleans Chamber’s next big event!
This renovation project had been in the works for 6 years, including lots of planning and fundraising.
David Weller, Post member, and Melissa Daigrepont, Female Veteran Liaison Officer, said they had always hoped to use the building for community events, but it was not a suitable venue. Now, they are excited to open the doors to more community-driven opportunities.
