Redefining what condominium living means

Local architect Jonathan Tate and his team had a vision to redefine what living in a condo meant and have done just that with their project, Saint Thomas | Ninth. Each unit is completely detached and includes outdoor space, a porch and a gated off-street parking space.

“The exact dimensions were driven by zoning, building code and what we thought were appropriate living spaces and porches between units,” Tate said. “The space between the buildings was a very important design consideration for the overall function and experience of the development.”
