The New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and its Commercial Investment Division will host the 16th Annual Economic and Real Estate Forecast Symposium Oct. 8 at the Jefferson Performing Arts Center.
This year’s theme, “Building Market Momentum and Opportunity,” will examine the forces shaping the Greater New Orleans economy and real estate market. Experts will discuss economic development, affordability, major investments, emerging industries and trends across commercial and residential real estate. The program will also explore how artificial intelligence is changing the industry.
Open to the public, the symposium offers insights for real estate professionals, investors, business leaders and policymakers.
