Founded in 2008, the Jefferson Community Foundation (JCF) connects people, resources and ideas to create a stronger, more vibrant Jefferson Parish. Through grantmaking and community partnerships, JCF invests in education, health and wellness, neighborhood revitalization, equity and inclusion, senior initiatives, and transit.
