FOCUS, a program of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI), is an intensive two-day course covering regional topics defining the challenges, opportunities and future of the region.
If you are a professional who is new to the GNO region or just starting your journey in community involvement, FOCUS is a civic onboarding program designed for you. Throughout the program, activities and discussions will showcase the landscapes emerging leaders and established professionals are committing to.
