Presented by Gulf Coast Bank & Trust, the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®️ (NOMAR) 14th Annual Forecast Symposium is a unique forum that brings together experts in residential and commercial real estate, finance and banking, government and academia from across Louisiana. This year’s theme, “New Orleans: Growth, Stabilization, or Disruption?” spotlights the Crescent City’s most substantial residential and commercial real estate challenges and explores ambitious opportunities for growth and development. This year’s Forecast speakers include many of the brightest minds in economic development and real estate from across the state, including Tim Temple, Louisiana’s Commissioner of Insurance, Jay Cicero, President and CEO of the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation and Jessica Lautz, Deputy Chief Economist and Vice President of Research at the National Association of REALTORS®️.
The program begins with registration at 8 a.m., followed by four sessions providing key insights into this year’s theme of growth, stabilization, or disruption in real estate and the economy of New Orleans. Tickets include continential breakfast, lunch and a cocktail reception at 4 p.m. The program will qualify for six hours of continuing education credit upon approval by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
