Cooking with Kevin Belton aboard Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS

Renowned New Orleans chef Kevin Belton recently took his cooking skills to the river for his highly entertaining and delicious “Cooking with Kevin Belton” class, featuring classics like chicken and andouille gumbo, shrimp and grits and bananas foster bread pudding.

“Kevin’s cooking classes are the best show in New Orleans, and you get to eat the results!” said one event participant.

Visitors will soon be able to enjoy memorable culinary and cultural experiences from the culinary team of the Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS, once the boat opens to the public.
