Sober Fest provides a safe space for those in recovery

by The 100 Companies

In a city known for its vibrant festival and music scene, it can be hard for those in recovery to find a safe space for entertainment. Sober Fest, taking place Saturday, Nov. 18 at the Sugar Mill, offers that opportunity.

Started by Bridge House/Grace House (BHGH) in 2022, the second-year festival will feature George Porter Jr. & Runnin’ Pardners, Ivan Neville & Friends, Camile Baudoin and the Trombone Shorty Academy.

From 11 a.m.-5 p.m., the family-friendly festival will raise money for BHGH’s mission to provide treatment to men and women who are struggling with addiction.

Tickets are $10 in advance.

– Kevin Gardere, Executive Director of Development, Bridge House/Grace House
