Caresse Jackman’s career path has been a journey. Raised in Atlanta, Caresse worked in Jackson after graduating from University of Georgia with degrees in broadcast journalism and international affairs. She took a two-year trip to Michigan where she covered stories like the Flint water crisis before finally landing in her new home, New Orleans.
She’s a Falcons fan, but we won’t hold it against her, probably because her energy and positive attitude make her a joy to watch on WWL-TV. She cares about the people with whom she interacts as she covers NOLA’s stories.
