Mike Perlstein: The Flash of WWL-TV?

Investigative reporter Mike Perlstein is well-known in New Orleans for his hard-hitting stories, both from his angle as a TV reporter and from his long and successful tenure at The Times-Picayune. Mike even won Pulitzer Prizes for breaking news and public service as part of the newspaper team that covered Hurricane Katrina. Like so many people who aided our city during that time, we’re proud that Mike calls New Orleans home.

Despite the heavy nature of many of his stories, Mike appreciates the lighter side of life, including Plum Street Snoballs and coaching his kids’ soccer teams.
