Did you know that one in six people in Louisiana faces hunger? In Second Harvest Food Bank’s service area, over 400,000 people don’t know where their next meal will come from, and many are children, seniors and families struggling with rising costs.

During Hunger Action Month this September, you can make a difference in the community. Volunteer at our warehouses, donate (every dollar provides three meals) or advocate for policies that support local food distribution.
