What started as a neighborhood event has grown into the second largest event in Louisiana, with an economic impact of $190 million.
On Thursday, Locals’ Lagniappe Day, Aaron Neville will make his debut on the riverfront Abita Beer Stage. Over 1,700 other musicians will appear on more than 20 stages, including WWL-TV’s Esplanade in the Shade Stage, during this year’s festival. While many come for the music, food draws guests with over 60 local restaurant vendors.
As a proud French Quarter business and longtime festival sponsor, WWL-TV encourages you to come enjoy some local culture this weekend.
