In my last job, I commuted every day, so I am interested in learning how people pass the time while driving. Here are some ideas I discovered for the Causeway drive:
1. Listen to podcasts; I love these because they’re funny, engaging and energize me for the day ahead.
2. Catch up with friends on the phone, hands free, of course; you’d be surprised how far a phone call will go in keeping up relationships.
3. Meditate; especially on the drive home, take the time across the water to mentally unwind and breathe out the day (just don’t fall asleep!).
