Continuing a half-century tradition of quality Catholic health care to the community, the Archdiocese of New Orleans now offers expanded services as Notre Dame Health System.
The continuum of care ranges from independent living facilities and home health programs to skilled nursing and hospice care. In announcing the unified health system, Archbishop Gregory Aymond emphasizes the system’s mission “to care for seniors and their families as they navigate life’s journey with compassion.”
The newest service, Notre Dame Home Health, provides nurses, occupational therapists and other medical professionals who care for patients in their homes.
