The new WYES national cooking series, “The Dooky Chase Kitchen: Leah’s Legacy,” celebrates Leah Chase, the “Queen of Creole Cuisine.”
WYES is excited to now offer a companion cookbook from the series in its online shop. Originally released in 1990 by Leah Chase, the new edition includes all 81 recipes from the 2023 series, totaling a whopping 252 recipes.
