Summer is a time to help you relax and renew your spirit. If you’re a homeowner, though, it’s time to tackle a few easy DIY projects to keep your home in working order all year long.

There are preventative maintenance tasks like servicing and cleaning your HVAC system, cleaning your home’s exterior and touching up exterior paint. There are other tasks that improve energy efficiency like swapping your fan directions and sealing gaps around windows and doors as well as cleaning exhaust fans and removing lint from the dryer vent.
