On Friday, September 29, professional sales coach Jack Daly gave a keynote presentation to guests at the New Orleans Chamber’s 2017 3rd Quarter Luncheon.
Daly emphasized the importance of building a strong sales team for businesses: “A sales manager’s job is not to grow sales. It is to grow salespeople.”

• When addressing clients, ask questions and listen to their answers.
• Establish value before discussing price.
• People like to buy, not be sold.
• Practice! Never go in there and wing it.
