VIA LINK wants you to have the help you need when you need it. Here are three numbers that provide 24/7 help and support in times of crisis:

• 9-1-1: Call this number for emergencies, such as life-threatening situations, medical emergencies and reporting a crime.

• 9-8-8: Calling this number connects you with crisis and suicide intervention support for thoughts of suicide, substance use crisis, mental health crisis and emotional distress.

• 2-1-1-: Call this number for information and referrals for topics such as food, transportation, housing and shelter, utility assistance, disaster aftercare and other essential needs.
