WYES-TV’s newest national cooking series chronicles the foodways of the vanishing Gulf Coast

“Louisiana Coastal Cooking” celebrates the bounty of Southeast Louisiana and raises awareness about coastal restoration through the lens of food. The series presents sustainable fare from chefs, home cooks, cook-off contestants, outdoorsmen and community advocates who share recipes capturing the unique flavor of the Mississippi River Delta.

Learn how to prepare burrata and crab stuffed ravioli, crawfish bisque and more. Watch Saturdays at 9 a.m. and Sundays at 11 a.m. on WYES-TV, wyes.org, the WYES and PBS apps.
