Started in 1979 in Virginia, The Salvation Army Angel Tree program is copyrighted and unique in collecting new clothing with toys from donors.
For more than a decade, Chalmette Refining employees and their loved ones have shopped and adopted entire families and senior citizens to spread the cheer throughout the holiday season.
