Blueberry picking at Blue Harvest Farms

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy blueberries, and there’s a place in St. Tammany Parish where you can pick your own.

Blue Harvest Farms on Highway 21 in Bush sees between 5,000 and 7,000 people each season to pick blueberries. Owner Chris Pinto and his wife have eight acres of organic blueberries in four varieties from which visitors can choose. Blue Harvest Farms also sells honey, jellies and sweet-and-spicy pickles.
