There is a ton of information online designed to convince you that you don’t need a Realtor when buying or selling a home, or how limited listing services are “better” alternatives for selling your home.

If you bought your car by yourself, why not a house? Your home is often the largest investment you will ever make. To do so without the services a licensed, professional Realtor would be like conducting routine surgery without the help of a doctor or negotiating complex legal disputes without a licensed attorney. It’s simply impractical.
