There are over 5,000 nonprofits in New Orleans and the surrounding parishes. Many of these organizations often go unnoticed and are underfunded. Auctions in August provides the community an opportunity to help.
Individuals, businesses and nonprofits are encouraged to donate goods and services to be auctioned off throughout the month of August. Donors designate the nonprofit to benefit from the winning bids.
