NORD is hosting its annual Halloween Spooktacular event at multiple locations across the city to provide our youth with a safe and fun environment to celebrate Halloween.
Each event is family-friendly and features carnival games, bounce houses, costume contests, prizes or raffles and, of course, trick or treating for candy. The no-cost event is open to all.
The Halloween Spooktacular will be held on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, from 6-9 p.m. at three locations: the Cut-Off Recreation Center (6600 Belgrade St.), the Joe W. Brown Recreation Center (5601 Read Blvd.) and the Lafitte Greenway (1971 St. Louis Blvd.)
