Fogo de Chão’s Canal Street location recently received some major enhancements, taking guests on a culinary adventure through Brazil.
The restaurant, known for its Brazilian churrasco experience and gaucho chefs, upgraded its bar menu to offer new small plates, perfect for sharing. Guests can now appreciate a variety of Brazilian dishes, from sliders to empanadas, and couple them with Fogo’s new handcrafted caipirinhas and cocktails.
Fogo also introduced some seasonal menu items, like its blackberry arugula salad and carrot ginger soup, to complement its signature Market Table. The restaurant celebrated these new specialties with an event on May 17.
