Chef Kevin Belton: a Return to the Dinner Table

Everyone’s favorite NOLA chef is spoiled rotten. It turns out, his fiancée Monica cooks for him when he’s at home, so he never has to cook off-stage. It may seem surprising, since a lot of us are hesitant to cook for chefs, assuming they’ll turn their noses up at anything less than haute cuisine. He promises he doesn’t.

Another fun fact about Chef Kevin? He thinks the most important thing you can learn from cooking is to take time to eat together with friends and family. And with his amazing (and simple) recipes, we really have no excuse!
