New Orleans’ cuisine is one of its greatest gifts to the world. As we celebrate our Tricentennial and WWL-TV’s 60th anniversary, we are celebrating with gifts of free e-cookbooks.
For 60 years, Channel 4 has shared recipes with viewers. Before cooking came to cable networks, “Eyewitness Morning News” shared Frank Davis’ local recipes. Our current cooking star, Chef Kevin Belton, continues the tradition.
Kevin’s and Frank’s recipes are featured, along with historical context from the Southern Food and Beverage Museum. Our partner, Cajun Country Rice, also contributed their own Louisiana recipes.
