The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation’s Opportunity Youth initiative partners with local agencies serving young people aged 16-24 who are disconnected from school and work.
The foundation helps to build meaningful career pathways to uplift the economic and personal promise for these young people, overcoming disparities and advancing successful futures in the hospitality industry of New Orleans.
Its work supports agencies like Reconcile New Orleans, Liberty’s Kitchen, Café Hope, New Orleans Youth Alliance, Youth Empowerment Project, New Orleans Career Center, Children’s Bureau of New Orleans, Greater New Orleans Foundation, Troy Andrews Foundation, New Orleans Business Alliance and Foundation for Louisiana.
