The New Orleans Women & Children’s Shelter (NOWCS) has provided safe shelter and dedicated support to homeless families for 15 years, serving more than 4,000 people to date. It continues to grow as an organization and extended family to many.
NOWCS is commemorating this milestone with a 15 Forward campaign, meant to catapult the organization into the next 15 years of success.
Join NOWCS on Friday, Aug. 12, noon-6 p.m. as it celebrates with great food, fun and interactive activities to learn more about the nonprofit’s great work. Plus, find out more ways you can help break the cycle of homelessness.
