The New Orleans Convention and Visitors Bureau launched a new, local television and print campaign showcasing some of the New Orleanians who make up the tourism industry.
The goal of the campaign is to remind viewers and readers that the largest employer (89,000 jobs) and economic driver ($7 billion last year) in the city is tourism. The tourism industry is made up of men and women from all walks of life and from every neighborhood in New Orleans; not to mention, the economic impact of tourism affects every New Orleanian.
The commercial will run locally through October 14, 2017.
