When selling your home, professional photos are an absolute must – for every price point and every condition. However, many sellers may wonder, “How can I show my home (or that room) in the best light?”
First, declutter – clear counters and tabletops and remove excess photos and decorative objects. Second, make sure there is light – open all window coverings and turn on every light, using extra lamps from another room if you need to. Simply pretend you are hosting the royal family – make every bed, clean every window and make sure art is hanging level.
