Inspired by a philanthropic cause and the idea of creating a festival for the iconic beignet, my husband and I created Beignet Fest in 2016. As parents of a child with autism, we wanted to celebrate and empower the lives of children with autism and their families.

Gambel Communications has been an integral part of launching Beignet Fest into the stratosphere with public relations and marketing that has garnered national, regional and local media exposure – and they have helped us make Beignet Fest a ubiquitous part of the festival season in South Louisiana.
