JEDCO recently unveiled the Jefferson EDGE 2025, a five-year plan to promote sustainability, job growth and investment in Jefferson Parish. The planning process took place virtually throughout 2020, where key stakeholders created a vision for a more resilient, diverse, equitable and competitive Jefferson Parish.
The plan centers on initiatives designed to foster and attract talent, drive new investment and job growth in target industries, and develop quality places and amenities in the community. It’s all meant to help the reinvigorate the region in the aftermath of the pandemic and to validate Jefferson Parish as major destination for business.
