At New Orleans Steamboat Company, we pride ourselves on a tight-knit community of employees, some of whom have been here 40+ years. Siblings work with siblings, and children work alongside their parents. We have three father-son combos on the Steamboat NATCHEZ.
Steve Nicoulin is master of the NATCHEZ and the Riverboat City of New Orleans. His son, Steven, fills in for his father when he is not there. Scott Vieages and Scott Jr. work side by side as chief engineers, while Juan Mendivil is a chief engineer with his son Juan Jr. soon to follow in his footsteps.
