While showing homes recently, I’ve noticed more and more buyers who are looking for more than the popular all-white (or white and pale gray) interior offers.
From new construction to renovations, the all-white trend has saturated housing designs and challenges the theory that neutral color palettes have mass appeal. Is it time to update the playbook, consult a local designer and select a light and neutral, yet current, color scheme that provides warmth and allows the best characteristics of a home (e.g., architectural details) to stand out?
